Comic Book Release to honor Edgar Allan Poe's 200th Anniversary

Based on the Award Winning short film. The Pit and the Pendulum is an adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe’s classic story of condemnation, hope and redemption. The comic book version of Poe’s story borrows images from the award-winning stop motion animated film, The Pit and the Pendulum, executive produced by the legendary Ray Harryhausen.

Scheduled for a February 25th, 2009 release thru Bluewater Productions which is from my old hometown Portland, Oregon, the stop-motion film to comic will be a first for production partners Bluewater Productions and Hand Made Heroes Film & Television to honor this legendary writer on his 200th anniversary.
