Medical Marijuana Proposal Allows 24 Ounces & 24 Plants

Patients authorized to possess or grow marijuana for medical reasons under Washington law would be limited to 24 oz of cultivated marijuana, six mature plants and 18 immature plants, according to a proposal filed by the state Department of Health July 1.
